This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the reasonable security practices and procedures adopted by Bargad Investment Services LLP (“BISL”) and shall apply to the use, disclosure and sharing of sensitive personal data or information (“Personal Information”) provided by visitors and/or registered users (“Clients”) of the website ‘www.saveabhi.com’ (“Website”) and any mobile application, including, but not limited to ‘SaveAbhi’ (“Mobile App”), which is owned and operated by BISL.

We value the trust you have placed in us. To provide you with a convenient and safe online/mobile experience, we have implemented measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your Personal Information, during storage and transmission through the World Wide Web. This Policy explains how we protect Personal Information provided by you through the Website/Mobile App and how we store and use that information to deliver our services. Accessing the website and downloading and installing the Mobile App shall be deemed to constitute sufficient proof that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy.

BISL may change this Policy from time to time by updating this page. It is advised that you review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the services will imply your acceptance of the changes. This Policy is effective from January 31, 2016 and is subject to the Terms of Use of the Website/Mobile App.

Collection of Personal Information

Most features of the Website/Mobile App require registration, which may require you to provide details such as email address, mobile number, password and other information.

In case you avail the services of dealing in online mutual fund transactions through SaveAbhi Investment Account facility on the Website/Mobile App, you would be required to provide Personal Information like your name, PAN, bank account number (“KYC information”) at the time of registration/activation of such facility. The collection of KYC information is obligatory pursuant to regulatory requirements in order to activate and enable the online transactions of mutual funds with AMCs. Such KYC information may be used/shared/maintained/accessed/stored with/by third party technology service providers/AMCs/RTAs/authorised service providers in order to enable/facilitate/complete/ process online Mutual Fund transactions and report/statement generation.

“Personal Information” will also include, for the purposes of this Policy, information that is contained in text messages (that is, SMS) sent by providers of services and/or products (including but not limited to retail outlets, financial institutions, mobile carriers and utility companies) to the mobile telephone numbers of Clients in connection with one or more transactions (including availing of services or products, order confirmation, billing information and renewal notifications related thereto) and shall include the following:

(a) Mobile phone numbers of Clients;

(b) Email addresses of Clients;

(c) Partial payment card data only to the extent such card data is disclosed in the said messages;and

(d) Information related to the transaction in question including identity of the service or product and the price or fee paid or payable in respect thereof.

From time to time, the Website/Mobile App may also request other Personal Information to provide you with other benefits of the services. On all such occasions, you will have the opportunity to provide or to decline to provide the requested Personal Information. The Website/Mobile App may use and disclose your Personal Information for the following purposes:

· To fulfill/complete your requests for products and services offered, or subscribed or availed by you on the Website/Mobile App.

· To perform compliance checks and internal record keeping.

· To deliver to you any administrative notices, money alerts, advice, notifications and communications relevant to your use of the services.

· For transaction processing and report generation.

– For tracking your expenditures.

– To analyse Website/Mobile App usage and improve the services offered.

· For market research, project planning, troubleshooting problems, detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other criminal activity.

· To conform with any legal requirements or comply with any legal processes.

· To Third Party Service Providers that provide services to BISL and are bound by these same privacy restrictions.

· To improve features, tailor the Website/Mobile App to your interests, and to get in touch with you whenever necessary.

· For purposes of research, advertising and comparison to organisations approved by BISL.

· To enforce the terms and conditions of the product and services.

· To protect the interests of BISL, its affiliates, or its members, constituents, or of other persons.

For any of these purposes, we may use group companies/affiliates, third party vendors, agents, contractors, consultants or service providers (individually a “Third Party Service Provider” and collectively, the “Third Party Service Providers”). We may also use them to help us in providing the features of the Website/Mobile App, such as sending email messages on our behalf, collecting subscription fees for such services, and notifying or contacting you regarding any problem with such services or hosting and operating a particular feature or functionality. Such Third Party Service Providers are bound by privacy restrictions which are similar to the restrictions mentioned in this Policy.

Other than the uses and disclosures mentioned above, we will not sell, distribute or lease your Personal Information to third parties unless we are required to share such information under the terms and conditions of the products and services you avail, or we are required to do so by law. When you choose to delete your account from the Website/Mobile App, your data will be, to the extent practicable, permanently expunged from our servers and further access to your account will not be possible.

Promotional Communication from the Website/Mobile App

The Website/mobile app would provide you with periodic summaries of your account information and send email/SMS alerts. The Website/Mobile App also allows you to subscribe to email newsletters, research information, and notifications and from time to time may transmit emails/SMS promoting the Website/Mobile App or third-party products or services. You have the ability to opt-out of receiving our promotional emails/SMS and to terminate your newsletter subscriptions as the case may be by following the instructions on the Website/Mobile App. Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails/SMS or similar transactional alerts.

From time to time, the Website/Mobile App may offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys, contests, giveaways and other promotions. Any information submitted in connection with such activities will be treated in accordance with this Policy, except as specifically set forth in the rules for those surveys, contests, giveaways or promotions.

Third Party Services and Websites

You should be aware that BISL shall permit third parties to offer subscription and/or registration-based services through the Website/Mobile App. BISL is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties, and you should check the applicable Policy of such third party when providing personally identifiable information. Further, BISL will not be responsible if you do not get the benefits announced, if any, by the third parties permitted to offer subscription and registration based services or offer/deals/cash back/discounts offered by third party or as available on its Website. Blogs and other Forums on the Website

If you use a bulletin board, blog or chat room on the Website/Mobile App, you should be aware that any information you submit there can be read, collected or used by other users/visitors and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. The Website/Mobile App and BISL are not responsible for any personal information you choose to submit in these forums.

Information automatically tracked during App Usage

Cookies: To improve the responsiveness of the Site for our users, we may use “cookies”, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user’s individual interests using the identified computer. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive. Our partners may also assign their own cookies to your browser (if you click on their ads), a process that we do not control.

Log File Information: Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your device’s connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our website or mobile App. Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data — such as the web pages you view. We automatically receive and log information from the Mobile App, your browser, including but not limited to your IP address, your computer’s name, your operating system, browser type and version, CPU speed, and

connection speed. We may also collect log information from your device, including your location, IP address, your device’s name, device’s serial number or unique identification number, your device operating system, browser type and version, CPU speed, and connection speed etc. Clear GIFs: We may use “clear GIFs” (Web Beacons) to track the online usage patterns of our users in an anonymous manner, without personally identifying the user. We may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. We use this information to inter-alia deliver our web pages to you upon request, to tailor our Website /Mobile App to the interests of our users, to measure traffic within our Website/Mobile App, to improve the Website/Mobile app quality, functionality and interactivity and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where our visitors come.

SMS Inbox Information and Backup: The Mobile App also collects information related to business messages and other information arising out of transactions made from cards, banks or while using other services through the Mobile App user’s SMS inbox. The Mobile App does not collect information from personal messages, i.e. messages originating from 10 digit phone numbers. The collection of such information is only limited to the extent that such data is available in the relevant messages. BISL may also record the identity of the product or service and the price or fee paid or payable in respect thereof. If you have Backup switched on in the Mobile App, the Mobile App stores your business SMS information securely at our backend servers to enable you to switch devices without losing your data.

Your Data is Secure

When you register for the Services, the Website/Mobile App requires a Login ID and a password from you for your privacy and security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and password and you may not provide these credentials to any third party. We recommend that you change your password periodically.

Your password must conform to standards. We shall not be responsible if someone else accesses your account through Login ID and password they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Policy or the Website’s/Mobile App Terms of Use.

While accessing your SMS, the Website/Mobile App use a combination of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session, and to protect Website/Mobile App accounts and systems from unauthorized access. From the time you submit your Login ID and password, these communications between your computer/mobile and the Website/Mobile App are encrypted using at least 128-bit secure socket layer technology (SSL). This enables client and server applications to communicate in a way that is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering and message forgery. The Website/Mobile App also encrypts your Website/Mobile App password so that your password cannot be recovered, even by us.

In respect of KYC information provided by you for enabling the online mutual fund transactions and the mutual fund transaction details, such information would be also available with third party technology service provider/main distributor/AMCs/RTAs/authorised service providers and treated as proprietary and confidential in nature by them and to be used/shared/maintained/processed by them only on need to know basis for service enablement.
